Vlada Vladimirovna Litvichenko (Prokaeva) - director of the Vyshgorod historical and cultural reserve, head of the International Fund for Cultural Cooperation, advisor to the Minister of Family, Youth and Sports (2007-2012), associate professor at the International University of 'Ukraine'. Model, Miss Ukraine 1995.
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Brovary, Kyiv region. From childhood she was engaged in music. In 1985, she graduated with honors from the Kyiv Music College named after Glier in the piano class. In 1994 - Odessa Conservatory, in 2009 - Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2013, she graduated from the postgraduate course of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2015, she became a candidate of historical sciences.
Career. After graduating from the conservatory, she taught at a music school for two years. She worked as a professional model for several years. She participated in and won many beauty contests: 'Miss Kyiv - 1994', 'Professional Model - 1995' (Black Pearl contest), 'Miss Ukraine - 1995', 'Best Model of the Year - 1997' (Ukraine).
From 1999 to 2009, she was president of Karin Model Management Group.
Vlada Litvichenko is the 'face' of brands: Kyivstar (Ukraine, 2004), Rosarium from DR.Sante (Ukraine, 2005), the exclusive fur salon Myakoe Zoloto (Ukraine, 2006-2009), Jaguar car company in Ukraine (2007), Soho Square (Egypt, 2009), as well as fashion houses Osmany Laffita (Czech Republic, since 2006), the boutique of domestic designer Evgeny Fenko, Aina Gasse (Ukraine, 2009).
She has appeared on more than 120 magazine and newspaper covers.
She appeared in music videos for songs by Mykhailo Poplavsky 'Krapiva', Oleksandr Ponomaryov 'Lodka' and 'He is waiting for her', and Vitaliy Kozlovskyi 'Rain Knocks on the Window'.
In 2003, Vlada Litvichenko became a co-author of the first model business textbook in Ukraine 'Profession: Model'. One of her works involved shooting with the famous actor Gérard Depardieu in an advertising clip for the mobile operator Kyivstar.
She hosted the 'Etiquette' segment in Cosmolady, and led the 'Style' segment in XXL magazine. In 2010, she initiated the authorship project 'Women of the Future' in L'Officiel-Ukraine magazine.
In 2007, she founded the charitable fund 'Talented Children - the Future of Ukraine'. The fund supports talented children from low-income families and those deprived of parental care, and supports educational, cultural and creative initiatives.
She was an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister for Family, Youth and Sports Ravil Safiullin, and deputy chair of the UNESCO department at the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
In July 2012, she became the Deputy General Director of the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve (on international cooperation issues).
In 2013, she became a senior lecturer at the International University of 'Ukraine', a course on 'World Heritage UNESCO'.
In 2014, she became a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
In August 2016, she became the Chair of the Council of the Agrarian Party on Cultural and Spiritual Issues.
Since 2016, she has led the Vyshgorod Historical and Cultural Reserve.
Scandals. As of early July 2012, she was appointed Deputy General Director of the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve (on international cooperation issues), and already on July 31, she was somehow dismissed (according to other information - not dismissed, as she went on sick leave). Immediately after the dismissal, she made a scandalous statement: 'I can say specifically that the general director (Viktoriya Lesnicha, - editor) took a bribe from me in the amount of 50 thousand dollars for my position. Personally for the minister (Minister of Culture Mykhailo Kulyanyk, - editor)'. The reason for the escalation of the situation between Prokaeva and Lesnicha were complaints from the museum complex staff about Prokaeva and two other deputies of the general director. Kulyanyk stated that he had not received bribes from either Lesnicha or Prokaeva. The general director threatened Prokaeva with a lawsuit. The Prosecutor General's Office instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs to investigate the statements of the now former deputy general director of the reserve.
Awards. Entered the TOP-10 public ladies of Ukraine (2007). Participant of the '100 Most Influential Women of Ukraine' rating by Focus magazine (2007). Entered the TOP-100 Most Beautiful People of Ukraine according to the annual Fashion and Beauty Ball 'May Fashion' (2008, 2009, 2010).
Entered the hundred of the most beautiful women in the world (according to Playboy magazine, 2006).
Holds the titles: 'Woman of the III Millennium' and 'Beautiful symbol of the nation' (2006), 'ELLE-Idol' (according to ELLE magazine, 2007).
Family. Vlada has two daughters - Margarita (21 years old) and Kristina (10 years old). In 1995-2004, she was married to former president of Kyivstar company Ihor Litvichenko. In 2007-2012, she was married to Serhiy Prokaev (head of the 'Agro-Union' corporation).
