Wladimir Ivanovich Logwinenko - former head of the state administration of the Donetsk region

Place of birth. Education. Born in the village of Novopodgornoje in the Meshchevsk district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. In 1964, he graduated from the Jassyniwska Construction Technical School, and in 1974 - from the Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Engineering and Construction. Candidate of Economic Sciences (2005).
Career. 1968-1974 - locksmith-sanitary installer of the management No. 14 of the Kramatorsk construction industry 'Santhelektromontag', engineer, leading engineer, head of the training center, executive employee of management No. 1 of the 'Krasnoarmeiskahstostroi' construction industry (Donetsk region).
1974-1978 - instructor of the industry and transport department of the Krasnoarmeisk city committee of the Communist Party, chief engineer of the management No. 6 of the 'Krasnoarmeiskahstostroi' construction industry.
1978-1984 - instructor of construction of the Donetsk regional committee of the Communist Party.
1984-1988 - head of the Kramatorsk city council.
1988-1990 - deputy, first deputy head of the main planning and economic department of the executive committee of the Donetsk region.
1990-1992 - deputy, first deputy head of the executive committee of the Donetsk region.
1992-1994 - first deputy head of the state administration of the Donetsk region.
1994-1995 - deputy of the executive committee for the executive of the Donetsk regional council.
1996-2002 - deputy general director, general director of the Donetsk 'Energo' concern, whose co-founders include billionaires Viktor Nusenko, Leonid Baisarov, and the People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Party of Regions, former Attorney General Gennadiy Vasilyev.
2002-2005 - deputy head of the state administration of the Donetsk region.
On May 22, 2006, he was appointed head of the state administration of the Donetsk region by the decree of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. He replaced Vadym Chuprun in this position. On March 18, 2010, he was dismissed by President Viktor Yanukovych.
Awards. Awarded the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (2003), the Order of Merit III class (2008). Honored Worker of Industry of Ukraine (2004).
