Alexey Nikolayevich Lyubchenko - former First Vice Prime Minister, former Minister of Economy of Ukraine, former headof the State Tax Service.
Place of Birth. Education. Born on September 21, 1971, in the village of Ovortezh, Gorodische District, Cherkasy Region.

In 2007 - Studied as a doctoral student at the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Career. From June 1987 to July 1987, he worked as a laborer at the experimental section of the melting machines plant in the Cherkasy District.
From July 1993 to 1994 - Expert of the 'Macroeconomics' program of the Center for Market Reforms.
From 1994-1995 - chief economist of the City Council of Smela in the Cherkasy region.
From 1995-1997 - Head of the Department of Municipal Property and Entrepreneurship of the City Council of Smela in the Cherkasy region. He was head of the department for the management of municipal property of the Economic and Asset Management of the City Council.

On May 20, 2021, the Ukrainian Parliament appointed Alexey Lyubchenko as First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
On November 3, 2021, the Ukrainian Parliament dismissed Alexey Lyubchenko as First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy.
