Place of birth. Education. Born in Lviv. In 1993, he graduated from I. Franko Lviv National University (Philological Faculty, Slavic Languages and Literature). He speaks English, Croatian, Serbian, and Polish.

Career. 1995-1996 - Attaché in the Europe and America Committee of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

1996-1999 - Attaché, 3rd Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

In June 2015, after the resignation of Valentyn Nalyvaychenko, he left the post of advisor to the head of the SBU.

In 2015, he, along with Valentyn Nalyvaychenko, founded the party 'Justice' and became a member of the party political council.

In 2019, he was nominated in the extraordinary parliamentary elections on the list of the 'Bat'kivshchyna' party, but his place on the list (No. 30) was non-electable.

Awards. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the 1st Class (2007).

Family. Married. He has a son and a daughter.
