Irina Stepanovna Lutsenko - Ukrainian politician, member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII, VIII, and IX convocations.

Place of birth. Education. Born on February 7, 1966, in the city of Dubno in the Rivne Oblast. In 1988, she graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in 'Applied Mathematics'. In 1996, she graduated from the Ukrainian State Academy of Water Management, specializing in 'Accounting and Audit'.

Career. From 1988 to 1991, she was a computer engineer at ASU SCVB VSNP 'Soyuzuchprylbor'.

From 1991 to 1994, she was a senior specialist in the economic management of the executive committee of the Rivne Oblast.

From 1994 to 1998, she was the deputy head of the department of the Rivne territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

From 1998 to 2004, she was the head of the department of the Kyiv Oblast administration of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

From 2004 to 2005, she was the head of the department of the main office of NASC 'Oranta'.

From 2005 to 2008, she was the financial director of LLC 'Ukrainian Young Telecommunications'.

From 2008 to 2012, she was the director of LLC 'Business Center 'Lotus'.

From 2008 to 2009, she was the administrative director of LLC 'Ukrainian Young Telecommunications' (part-time).

From 2009 to 2012, she was the commercial director of LLC 'Ukrainian Young Telecommunications' (part-time).

Political Career. From December 12, 2012, to November 27, 2014 - Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine VII Convocation from the 'All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland' party, No. 18 on the list. Deputy Chair of the Committee, Chair of the Subcommittee on Gender Equality of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, National Minorities, and Interethnic Relations.

Since January 27, 2015, she has been a Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine VIII Convocation from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party. Deputy Head of the BPP faction.

On April 3, 2017, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Irina Lutsenko as his representative in the Verkhovna Rada, after Artur Gerasimov was elected as the new head of the faction of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party in the Verkhovna Rada.

On May 17, 2019, Irina Lutsenko announced her resignation from her position as the representative of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the Verkhovna Rada. On the same day, Petro Poroshenko dismissed Irina Lutsenko from her position as the President's representative in the Verkhovna Rada.

In the early parliamentary elections of 2019, she was elected as a Member of the Verkhovna Rada IX Convocation from the European Solidarity party, No. 15 on the party list.

In November 2019 Irina Lutsenko submitted a statement of early resignation of her deputy mandate. On November 12 the Verkhovna Rada terminated the mandates of the deputies of the faction European Solidarity Irina Lutsenko.

Property. Irina Lutsenko is a co-owner of: LLC 'Ukrainian Young Telecommunications', LLC 'Business Center 'Lotus', LLC 'Bel Fam', LLC 'Gateway-Kharkiv Service LTD'.

Family. Husband - Yuri Lutsenko, whom she met during her studies at the Lviv Polytechnic Institute. Sons - Alexander (1989) and Vitaliy (1999).
