Vladyslava Mahaletska

Vladyslava Valeryivna Mahaletska (Rutytska) was born on November 24, 1978. She is the former head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, known as Gosprodpotrebsluzhba.

Vladyslava was born in Kyiv into a military family. In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, obtaining a PhD in technical sciences with honors. From 2011 to 2014, Vladyslava studied at Edinburgh Business School, where she earned a master's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management economics.

In 2013-2014, Vladyslava undertook training under the Agro MBA program. Since 2014, she has participated in the Aspen Ukraine program.

Career

From 2004 to 2007, Vladyslava was a member of the Board of Directors of the company 'Palmyra-Ruta'. From 2007 to 2010, she was a board member of 'Kyiv Investment Group', where she was responsible for strategic management. From 2010 to 2014, Vladyslava worked as the deputy general director of 'Mriya Agroholding'.

From September 2014 to July 2016, Vladyslava was the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. She developed strategies and implemented projects to open new markets, agrarian insurance, digitalization, and cooperation with international institutions.

From April 2016 to July 2017, Vladyslava was an advisor to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. She coordinated efforts to protect the interests of Ukrainian producers in foreign markets.

Since 2016, Vladyslava has been the vice-president of SigmaBleyzer Investment Group and AgroGeneration. From 2016 to 2018, she was a co-owner of the company LLC 'Sun Power'.

On November 4, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Vladyslava as the head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Gosprompotrebsluzhba). As of January 31, 2022, Vladyslava Mahaletska resigned as head of Gosprompotrebsluzhba for health reasons.

Public Activity

Vladyslava Mahaletska is a member of the National Reform Council of Ukraine, the coordinating council of 'Aspen Ukraine', and the association of reformers REMBUS.

Since July 2019, she has been the vice-president of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, and since May 2020, she has been the co-chair of the committee on agricultural business matters of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs.

Declaration

According to the submitted declaration for 2019, Vladyslava Mahaletska and her husband own an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 168.9 sq. m, which they purchased at the end of 2019 for UAH 4.1 million. She also noted the right to use another apartment with an area of 91.3 sq. m, which they bought in April 2018 for UAH 3.81 million. In the declaration, Vladyslava also mentioned a residential house near Kyiv with an area of 237.1 sq. m, a land plot of 700 sq. m, and a 2016 Porsche Cayman car.

Family

Vladyslava Mahaletska is married to Konstantin Mahaletsky, partner of the investment fund Horizon Capital. The couple has three sons.

Hobbies

Vladyslava Mahaletska's hobbies include collecting dolls in national costumes, cycling with her family, cooking, and playing the piano.
