Andrey Pavlovich Pinchuk - Member of the Verkhovna Rada of the V, VI and VII convocations, member of the Party of Regions.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Bucha, Kyiv Oblast. From 1999 to 2002, he studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (specialization - Finance), from 2002 to 2004 at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (Master of Public Administration).

Career. 2001-2002 - Head of the Youth Department of the Kyiv City Organization of the Party of Regions.

In 2002 - Assistant Advisor to the Ukrainian Member of Parliament and Head of the Kyiv Department of the All-Ukrainian Youth Organization Union of Youth of Regions of Ukraine (later renamed Young Regions).

In 2004 - First Deputy Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Youth Organization Union of Youth of Regions of Ukraine under Vitaliy Khomutynnyk.

From 2004 to 2005 - Assistant to the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Finance of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

2005-2006 - Assistant Advisor to the Ukrainian Member of Parliament.

2006-2007 - Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the V convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 188 on the list). Initially, Head of the Subcommittee on Family, Children and Youth Policy of the Family Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on family, youth, sports, and tourism issues, then a member of the Budget Committee.

In 2007 - President of the International Youth Organization Slavic Youth Forum.

2009 - Head of the All-Ukrainian Youth Organization Union of Youth of Regions of Ukraine, member of the Board of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

From March 2010 to December 2012 - Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VI convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 198 on the list). Head of the Subcommittee on Control and Legislative Support of the Activities of Tax Authorities of the Committee on Tax and Customs Policy. Member of the Special Control Commission of the Verkhovna Rada for Privatization Issues.

From December 2012 to November 2014 - Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 69 on the list). Member of the Finance and Banking Committee of the Verkhovna Rada. Member of the Audit Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.

Member of the Party of Regions since December 2001.

On January 16, 2014, he voted for the 'dictatorial laws' - a package of undemocratic laws that significantly restricted the rights of citizens and freedom of speech.
