Alexander Vladimirovich Pisaruk - former Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Place of Birth. Education. Born on May 11, 1965, in Nikolaev. In 1988, he graduated from the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute named after Admiral Makarov, and in 1990 - defended his dissertation at the same institute.

In 2001, Pisaruk completed a course at the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau (France) and was promoted to Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at ING.

Career. Has been working in the banking sector since 1992. His first job was at the bank 'Ukraine', where he rose from head of foreign economic sectors for the Nikolaev Region to director of the international department of the entire credit organization. During this time, he also trained at the Kyiv Institute of Bankers of the 'Ukraine' bank.

In 1997, he moved to ING Bank Ukraine, where he held the position of Head of Risk Management. From 2000 to 2001, he worked in Moscow and headed a similar department at ING Bank Eurasia.

In 2007, he became the CEO of ING Bank Eurasia, a subsidiary of the Dutch financial group ING Group in Russia.

From 2010 to 2014, he was the Regional Head of ING Bank in Central and Eastern Europe in Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Since September 2014, he has held the position of first Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.

From June 2016 to August 2019, he worked at the International Monetary Fund.

Since October 3, 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
