Place of Birth. Education. Born on June 12, 1978, in Kiev. Graduated from the secondary general education school of levels 1-3 No. 158 in Kiev. In 2000, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master's in History. In 2003, he obtained a Master's degree in International Business and Finance from the Fletcher School, Tufts University (USA). Speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

Career. From 1998 to 2001, he worked as a financial analyst and business developer at the Kyiv Investment Group BLASIG, where he developed and supervised a number of projects with an investment volume of 10 million US dollars.

From 2003 to 2006, Andrey Pivovarskiy worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as an investment advisor.

In January 2006, he joined the investment company Dragon Capital, where he headed the investment banking department.

In January 2013, Andrey Pivovarskiy was appointed CEO of the Continuum Group (WOG gas stations, TM KOMO, Galichina dairy company), which includes Igor Yeremeyev, Stepan Ivakhiv, and Petro Dyminsky.

On April 14, 2016, the parliament approved a new composition of the government, in which the position of Minister of Infrastructure was transferred to Deputy Pivovarsky Vladimir Omelyan. A few days later, Pivovarskiy was appointed advisor to Omelyan.
