Vladimir Ivanovich Prihodko - Chairman of the Supervisory Board, President and Co-owner of the Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant (KRVS).

Place of Birth. Education. Vladimir Prihodko was born on October 14, 1942, in Omsk (Russia) as a child of workers. His parents were brought to Omsk together with Leningrad State Enterprise No. 174 before evacuation.

In 1947, the Prihodko family moved to the city of Krivoy Rog on the Dnipro (now the Krivoy Rog district of Kremenchug city, Poltava region). Here, Vladimir's father, Ivan Prihodko, began working as the director of the Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant.

After completing high school, Vladimir Prihodko enrolled in the Krivoy Rog College of Mechanical Engineering, which he graduated from in August 1960.

In 1963, he enrolled at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in the department of 'Rubber and Wheel Vehicles'.

In 1977, he graduated from the Institute for Advanced Studies of Managers and Specialists of the Automobile Industry (Moscow).

In 1984, he became a listener at the Institute of National Economy Management of the Academy of National Economy of the USSR under the Council of Ministers of the USSR. During this period, he defended his dissertation and received the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.

Career. From 1960 to 1963, he worked at the Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant as a locksmith and designer.

From 1967 to 1978, he worked at the Kremenchug Truck Plant (KrAZ). He held positions as a design engineer, deputy head of the testing department, and deputy chief engineer for new technology and development.

In 1978, he was appointed Chief Engineer of the Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant.

From 1986, he was the director of the All-Union Research and Technology Institute for Car Building (Kremenchug).

In 1988, during the Perestroika election, elections were held for the General Director of the Kremenchug Car Building Plant (Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant). On February 12, Vladimir Prihodko was elected by the workers' assembly at the conference and on February 16 was appointed to this position by the order of the Ministry of Heavy Machinery, Energy and Transport Engineering of the USSR.

Since then, he has not changed his workplace, although the name of the position changed due to changes in the company name. Since 1995, he has been the General Director of the Open Joint Stock Company 'Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant', since 1997 President of the same company without being relieved of his position as General Director, and since April 2003, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, President of the company. Since 2011, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, President of the Public Joint Stock Company 'Krivoy Rog Wagon Building Plant'.

Awards and Titles. Vladimir Prihodko holds the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, is a member of the Ukrainian Transport Academy, an ordinary member of the Eastern Ukrainian Business Academy, and the Academy of Lift and Transport Sciences of Ukraine. He is a professor at the Department of 'Machine Engineering Technology and Pressure Metalworking' at Kremenchug National University.

Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of Science and Technology for the development of a family of high-speed passenger cars, bearer of the Order of Friendship (Russia), 'For Merits' of the third and second degree (Ukraine), Honorary Citizen of the city of Kremenchug (Poltava region).

Research Activity. Author of 25 scientific works, 77 inventions. Author of the textbooks 'Full Mechanization and Automation of Production Processes in Car Building' and 'Full Mechanization and Automation of the Production of Welded Structures in Car Building'. In 2000, the scientific work 'Development of Scientific Foundations and Introduction of Highly Efficient, Reliable, Competitive Construction and Transport Machines into Production' was published.

Family. Wife - Prihodko (Panushkina) Natalia Viktorovna (1947). Son - Pavel (1969). Granddaughter - Anastasia (1996).
