Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Musiyki in the Ivanovsky District of Kyiv Region. In 1968, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Career. 1959-1961 - Librarian, Physical Education Teacher at Musiyki Secondary School.
1961-1968 - Worker in the construction sector of the Kyiv Construction Management Office No. 20 of Kyiv Construction Company-4.
1968-1969 - Instructor of the Shevchenkivskyi District Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in Kyiv.
1969 - Legal Advisor of the Outline Chemistry Complex under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
1969-1972 - Senior Advisor of the State Arbitration Court under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
1972-1981 - State Arbitrator of the State Arbitration Court under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
1981-1986 - Head of the Supervision Department of the State Arbitration Court of the USSR.
1986-1987 - Deputy Chairman of the State Arbitration Court of the USSR.
