Place of Birth. Education. Born in Chernivtsi. In 1996, she graduated from Chernivtsi State University with a degree in international economics. In 2000, she graduated from the Institute of Statistics, Accounting, and Auditing with a qualification as an auditor. During her work in freight forwarding and logistics, she received her qualification as an auditor in 2000. In 2002, she finished her studies in law at Chernivtsi National University.
Career. From 1996 to 2001, she worked as a legal advisor and economist at JSC Ukrtrans-Chernivtsi.
Since 2002, she has been a self-employed entrepreneur.
From 2003 to 2004, she was the director of LLC SP Trans.
In 2004, she served as the deputy director of JSC Ukrtrans-Chernivtsi.
Since March 2005, she has been a member of the Public Council at the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Secretary of the Importers Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2005, she became the deputy chair of the Council for Foreign Economic Activities under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

From June 2008 to May 2010, she was the chair of the Entrepreneurs' Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine led by Yulia Tymoshenko.
From May 2010 to December 2011, she was the chair of the Entrepreneurs' Committee in the opposition government formed by representatives of the BYuT party and their political allies (shadow prime minister - Serhiy Sobolev).

Political Career. In October 2012, she ran for parliament for the first time. Oksana Prodan entered the top five of the electoral list of the UDAR party alongside Vitali Klitschko, Maria Matios, Valentin Nalyvaichenko, and Vitali Kovalchuk.
From December 2012 to November 2014, she was a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII Congress of the UDAR party (No. 4 on the electoral list). First deputy chair of the Verkhovna Rada committee on taxation and customs policy.
After signing the political agreement between the parties UDAR and Solidarity, Oksana Prodan ran according to the list of Block Poroshenko (No. 15 on the list).
