Anatoliy Pryshko

Anatoliy Hryhorovych Pryshko - Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine (2013-2014).

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Hrytski in the Dubrovicky district of Riwne Oblast. After school, he graduated from the paramedic department of Dubno Medical College. In 1984 - Law Faculty Kharkiv.

Career. After school, he worked from 1978 as a paramedic in the emergency department of the central district hospital in Dubno (Riwne Oblast).

1978-1980 - served in the army. After discharge, he was the head of the paramedic obstetric point in the village of Horiakky of Dubno District.

1984-1985 - Intern as an investigator, senior investigator of the city prosecutor's office in Lutsk.

From June 1985 to February 1997, he was a senior investigator of the prosecutor's office, investigator of particularly important cases, head of the investigative department of the investigative department, head of the oversight department for compliance with laws during investigations by prosecutor’s bodies, head of the oversight department for compliance with laws by special units in combating organized crime of the prosecutor's office of Volyn Oblast.

In February 1997, he was transferred to the apparatus of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. Until July 2006, he was the Senior Prosecutor of the Oversight Department for Investigations in Special Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine, and prosecution bodies of the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, deputy head of the oversight department for compliance with laws during preliminary investigations by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, head of the oversight department for compliance with laws during operational and investigative activities and investigations by special units of the Security Service of Ukraine, deputy, first deputy head and head of the oversight department for compliance with laws by special units and other structures in combating crime within the Main Oversight Department for compliance with laws by bodies that carry out operational and investigative activities, investigations, and preliminary investigations.

From July 2006 to April 2007 - Prosecutor of Lviv Oblast.

From April to May 2007 - First Deputy Head of the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.

From May to June 2007 - First Deputy Head of the Oversight Department for Compliance with Laws by Special Units and Other Structures in Combating Crimes and Corruption of the Main Oversight Department for conducting operational and investigative activities, investigations, and preliminary investigations of the Prosecutor General's Office.

From June 2007 to November 2010 - Prosecutor of Riwne and Lviv Oblasts.

Since November 12, 2010 - Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine under Viktor Pshonka, member of the Board of the Prosecutor General's Office. Responsible for the work of the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office and the oversight department for compliance with laws during the execution of court decisions.

In October 2013, he was appointed the First Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine, instead of Renat Kuzmin, whom President Viktor Yanukovych appointed as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.

In October 2014, he was dismissed as First Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine under the law 'On Purification of Power.'

Merits. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. Honorary employee of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. Awarded the Order 'For Merits' of the III class.

Family. Married, one son.
