Sergei Ivanovich Rakhmanin - Journalist, publicist, television host, first deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper 'Wochen Spiegel'. Member of the Ukrainian parliament, former faction leader of the Golos party in the IX Congress.

Place of Birth. Education. He was born on April 17, 1969, in Kharkiv. In 1986, he began his studies at the Faculty of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, graduating in 1993.

Career. From 1983 to 1987, he worked as a freelancer for the Kyiv newspaper 'Young Guard', from 1989 to 1990 he was its permanent freelancer, and from 1991 to 1992 he was its correspondent.
