Career. Has been working in television since 1991. Started his career at the first commercial TV channel in Zaporizhzhia, Chortiza.

From 1996, author, producer, and for four years host of the program 'Melloramas' on the Inter channel.

Rjaschin is one of the initiators of the founding of the Industrial Television Committee (2002). Member of the Russian Television Academy, member of the Ukraine Television Academy (until 2022), member of the Association of Producers of Ukraine, member of the Association of Producers of Film and Television of Russia, member of the Producers Guild of Russia, member of the Animation Film Association (AAF), member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (EMMY).
