Biography

Date of birth: 12.07.1975

Place of birth. Education. He was born in the village of Krasilovka in the Brovary district of Kyiv Oblast. From 1992 to 1994, he studied at the Kyiv Institute of Trade and Economics in the field of 'international business operations of trading companies'. In 1994, he won a competition and received a scholarship to study in the USA, transferred to Graceland College, and in 1996 received a Bachelor's degree in Humanities.

Career. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as a senior auditor at 'Ernst & Young Ukraine' (Kyiv).

From 1999 to 2005, he served as Deputy Head of the Corporate Finance Department in the investment banking sector of Troika Dialogue Investment Company (Moscow).

From 2005 to 2007, he worked as a financial consulting director at Renaissance Capital - Financial Consultant (Moscow).

From 2005 to 2006, he was a member of the board of directors of PAO Corporation VSMPO-AVISMA (Verkhnyaya Salda, Russia).

From December 2012 to November 2014, he served as a Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation from the UDAR party (leader - Vitaliy Klitschko). He won the election in single-mandate electoral district No. 97 in Brovary, Kyiv Oblast. He was a member of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.

Non-partisan. In 2010, he was a member of the 'Strong Ukraine' party (the leader until the political forces merged with the Party of Regions was Serhiy Tyhypko).

Since December 25, 2012 - Deputy Chairman of the Special Commission for Control of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for privatization.

On March 14, 2014, he became a co-chairman of the inter-party association of deputies 'Reform Platform'.

From October 26, 2014, to August 2019 - Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation, elected in district No. 97 (Kyiv Oblast) from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. He was a member of the BPP faction. Deputy Chairman of the Special Commission for Control of the Verkhovna Rada for privatization.

In 2019, he ran for a Deputy mandate in the IX convocation from district No. 97 representing the 'Voice' party, but lost to the candidate from 'Servant of the People' Mykola Halushko, finishing only in third place in the district.

Family. Married. He has a son and a daughter.

Hobbies. Interested in books, history, and local studies. Likes to play table tennis.
