Siergiej Riumszyn

Siergiej Mykołajowicz Riumszyn - former chairman of the district state administration of the Svyatoshyn district in Kyiv.
Place of birth. Education. He was born in Kursk (Russia). In 1981, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Engineering (civil engineering degree). In 2002, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (master of public administration).
1971-1986 - construction master of site No. 3, construction manager at the construction management No. 13 of the Kyivgorstroy-3 trust.
1986-1987 - served in the Soviet Army.
1987-1989 - construction manager at construction management No. 13, chief engineer at construction management No. 35 of the Kyivgorstroy-3 Main Directorate.
From March 1989 to September 1994 - deputy chairman of the executive committee, first deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Lenin District Council of Kyiv, deputy chairman, first deputy chairman of the Lenin District State Administration.
From September 1994 to November 1996 - acting deputy head, deputy head of the economy department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
From November 1996 to September 2001 - chairman of the Lenin District State Administration of Kyiv.
From September 2001 to May 2002 - acting chairman, chairman of the Svyatoshyn District State Administration of Kyiv.
From May 2002 to April 2007 - head of the main department for spatial planning and landscape architecture control of Kyiv (structure of the Kyiv City State Administration).
From May 2007 to February 2008 - director of the information and economic support and asset management department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine.
From February 2008 to August 2010 - deputy chairman of the State Tax Service of Kyiv.
From August to September 2010 - first deputy head of the main department for spatial planning control of Kyiv.
From September to November 2010 - head of the main department for spatial planning control of Kyiv.
On November 24, 2010, by a decree of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, he was appointed chairman of the district state administration of the Svyatoshyn district in Kyiv.
On February 4, 2013, by a decree of President Yanukovych, he was dismissed from the position. The request for the dismissal of the chairmen of the Svyatoshyn, Holosiivskyi, and Podilskyi RGAs was submitted by the chairman of the KMDA Oleksandr Popov due to improper organization of snow removal work in the areas assigned to him.
Public activity. Elected as a deputy of the Lenin and Svyatoshyn districts of Kyiv.
Honors. Honored Builder of Ukraine (2000). Awarded the medal 'For military merit' (1987), the Order 'For Merit' III degree (2005).
