Viktor Vladimirovich Sheibut - Deputy Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (2010-2014).
Place of Birth. Education. Born on January 1, 1951. In 1975 he graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic. In 1981 he graduated from the higher courses of the KGB of the USSR.
Career. 1981-1997 - Service in operational and leadership positions in the KGB and SBU administrations in the Donetsk region and in the central administration of the SBU.
1997-2000 - Head of the Department for Combating Corruption in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
2000-2002 - Deputy Head of the Tax Militia - Head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Security in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
2002-2004 - Head of the Advisory Group of the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Nikolai Azarov.
2004-2006 - Head of the Department of the State Financial Monitoring Committee.
2006-2008 - Employee in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2008-2010 - Advisor to the Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Sergey Buryak.
Since March 2010 - First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Alexander Papaika) - Head of the Tax Militia. On December 25, 2010, he was dismissed at the insistence of President Viktor Yanukovych, along with Alexander Papaika.
On December 28, 2010, he was appointed by presidential decree as the first deputy head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine Dmitry Vorona. He held this position until April 2014.
Awards. Major General. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. Awarded the Order 'For Merit' of the III degree.
