Nikolai Serdyuk

Nikolai Dmitriyevich Serdyuk - Head of the Odessa Regional Administration (2007-2010).

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Chorushewka in the Nedrigailov District of Sumy Oblast (as was the third President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko).

In 1977, he graduated from the Military Leadership Academy for Communication in Kharkiv. In 1988 - the Military Academy of Communications S. Budyonny in Leningrad (specialty 'automated communication systems'). In 2008 - Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and Odessa Law Institute of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Career. 1977-1984 - Train commander, company commander of the military unit in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

1988-1989 - Unit commander in the village of Oserne in the Zhytomyr region.

1989-1993 - Chief of Communications in military units in Tartu and Oserne in Zhytomyr Oblast.

1993-2005 - Unit commander in Oserne and Odessa.

2005-2007 - Deputy Head of the Odessa Regional Administration.

In December 2007, he was appointed as Head of the Odessa Regional Administration by order of President Viktor Yushchenko.
