Biography

Date of birth: 06.06.1950

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Khvashchivka, Sevsky District, Bryansk Region. In 1968, graduated from Vocational School No. 9 in Zaporizhzhia. In 1974, graduated from Kyiv Construction Technical School (sanitary-technical equipment of buildings). In 1980, graduated from Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute (history and general studies). In 2003, graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (law).

Career. 1968-1969 - locksmith-installer at Zaporizhzhia special management of Oxygen Installation No. 214 of Zaporozhmetallurgremont trust. 1969-1971 - service in the Armed Forces. In the summer of 1971, worked as a plumber at Kyiv specialized management No. 533 of Santekhmontazh-1 trust. 1974-1977 - head of the accounting sector for members of the Komsomol committee of Kyiv Construction Technical School, secretary of the Komsomol committee of Vocational School No. 23, deputy for member accounting and finances of the Railway District Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine (Kyiv). 1977-1985 - deputy director for academic work of the Vocational School management of household services (Kyiv). 1985-1989 - instructor of the propaganda and agitation department of the Railway District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. 1989-1990 - vice-rector for administrative and economic work of Kyiv Engineering and Construction Institute. 1990-1992 - deputy chairman, first deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Railway District Council of Kyiv. 1992-2001 - first deputy head of the Railway District State Administration of Kyiv. 2001-2002 - acting first deputy head, deputy head of the Solomyanskiy District State Administration in Kyiv. From April 2002 to November 2010 - head of Solomyansky District Council, head of Solomyansky District State Administration. On November 24, 2010, by the order of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, he was appointed head of the Solomyansky District State Administration. On March 28, 2013, Sidorov was dismissed by the order of the President of Ukraine 'in accordance with his submitted statement'. On the same day, Maksym Lutskiy was appointed in his place.

Regalia. Honored Worker of the Service Sector of Ukraine (2000). Awarded the Order 'For Merit' III degree (2005).
