Sivets Viktor
Date of Birth: 18.08.1970
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. In 1998, graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (specializing in "foreign economic activity", qualified as an international economist). Fluent in English and Croatian.
Career. Since 1998, held executive positions in the "Parquet House" group of companies (manufacturer of parquet, wooden doors, windows, furniture).
On December 22, 2005, by the decree of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Forestry Committee of Ukraine.
On September 20, 2006, by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Yuri Yekhanurov, he was appointed Head of the State Forestry Committee of Ukraine.
Since 2008, Acting Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration under Leonid Chernovetsky.
From 2010 to January 2011 - Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (initially under Chernovetsky, later under Oleksandr Popov).
On January 12, 2011, by the decree of President Viktor Yanukovych, he was appointed Head of the State Agency of Forest Resources of Ukraine (the agency's activities are subordinated to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine).
In March 2014, he was dismissed from the position of Head of the State Agency of Forest Resources by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine
announced suspicion against Viktor Syvets and his wife in money laundering and multiple counts of receiving undue benefits, specifically they are charged with committing crimes under Part 3 of Article
209 (legalization of proceeds obtained by criminal means), Part 4 of Article
368 (
acceptance of a proposal, promise, or receipt of undue benefit by an official
)
of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to law enforcement, Syvets is hiding in Russia. On May 30, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Syvets and his wife Zhuravleva.
Titles. Honored Builder of Ukraine. Master of Sports in water polo, champion of the Soviet Union.
Family. Married, father of two daughters.
