Igor Petrovich Smeshko - Chairman of the Power and Honor party. Chairman of the Intelligence Committee under the President of Ukraine (2014-2015). Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine (2003-2005), Advisor to the President of Ukraine (2014-2019).

On October 7, 2014, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Igor Smeshko as his advisor and head of the Intelligence Committee under the President of Ukraine. By decree of January 30, 2015, the Intelligence Committee was disbanded and Smeshko was dismissed from his position as chairman.
On March 12, 2015, Smeshko was dismissed from his position as advisor to the President and appointed as extraordinary advisor to the head of state. On January 14, 2019, Igor Smeshko was dismissed from his position as extraordinary advisor to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
In 2019, candidate for the presidency in Ukraine. According to the results of the elections, he took 6th place (6.04%).
