Date of Birth: 28.04.1973
Place of Birth. Education. He was born in Zaporizhzhia. In 1995, he graduated from Zaporizhzhia State University (ZDU) with a degree as a history teacher. Doctor of Historical Sciences (1998), Lecturer (2003).
1994-1995 - Junior Researcher, Researcher at the National Reserve 'Chortytsia'.
1998-2004 (after doctoral studies at ZDU) - Senior Lecturer, Deputy Dean for Educational Work, Associate Professor of the Department, Professor of the Department at Zaporizhzhia University.

On January 24, 2023, he was dismissed by order of the President as Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration.
Family. Married. Wife - Marina, history teacher. They are raising two children - son Artem and daughter Yevheniya.
