Vadim Michailovich Stolar is a Ukrainian businessman and deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VI. (Party of Regions) and IX. (Opposition Platform - For Life) electoral period.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. In 2003, he graduated from the Kyiv University of Law of the NAS of Ukraine (specialization in law).

Career. 1999-2000 - Manager of a private company 'Yana'.

Political Activity. He began his political career in the Our Ukraine party. From 2006 to 2010, he was a deputy of the Kyiv regional council (elected from the Our Ukraine list).

From April 2010 to December 2012, he was a deputy of Ukraine of the VI convocation, a member of the Party of Regions (No. 212 on the party list). Member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on combating organized crime and corruption. Member of the Ukrainian-Polish inter-parliamentary body.

In the autumn of 2012, he ran as an independent candidate in the single-member district No. 217 in Kyiv for the VII Verkhovna Rada but lost to the representative of Fatherland Alexander Bryginets.

Since October 2012 - Honorary President of the All-Ukrainian public organization 'Street Workout Ukraine'.

From June 4, 2014, to October 25, 2015 - non-partisan deputy of the Kyiv City Council, first deputy chairman of the budget committee for investment issues.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, he was elected as a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convening from the Opposition Platform - For Life, No. 11 on the list.

In March 2022, after the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, he issued a statement about his resignation from the faction of the Opposition Platform - For Life.

Since May 2022, he has been a member of the deputy group Renewal of Ukraine.

Charity. He sponsors the construction of sports grounds, the organization of competitions, and public actions to promote a healthy lifestyle. He funded the photo competition 'Wiki Loves Earth', the publication of the album by composer Ivan Kozlovsky, the T.G. Shevchenko Museum, the construction of the church of Nestor the Chronicler in Kyiv, and much more.

Hobbies. Sports (fitness, wrestling), music.

Family. Married. Wife - Inna Stolar. The couple has four children: daughters Diana (2001-2020), Gemma (born in 2007), Eva (born in 2009), and son David (born in 2012).
