Viktor Oleksandrovych Ukulov - former member of parliament.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Drohobytsch, Lviv Oblast. Graduate of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in Kyiv.

Career. In 1989 he was a co-founder of the Ukrainian Student Association (together with Oles Doniy and Vyacheslav Kirilenko).

In 1995, he was co-author and one of the moderators of the TV show 'Piatyi Kutok' on UT-1.

1996-1997 host of the TV programs 'Paragraph' and 'Weekly'.

1998-2004 general director of TRC 'New Project'.

In 2000-2001 he was the press secretary of the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ivan Pliusha.

Author of articles in Ukrainian and foreign media.

2007-2012 member of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada for the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc. Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information, chairman of the Committee on Print Media and the Internet.

Member of the All-Ukrainian Association 'Fatherland' (Leader - Yulia Tymoshenko). Before the 2007 parliamentary elections, he headed the Department of the Executive Secretariat of the Political Council of the 'Fatherland' party. He was responsible for advertising in the political campaigns of BYuT and Tymoshenko.

In the autumn of 2012, he ran for the VII Verkhovna Rada from the 'Fatherland' party, but his No. 110 on the list turned out to be unpassable.

According to the newspaper 'Ukraina Moloda', he headed the election campaign staff of candidate for deputies Sergiy Terekhin twice, was responsible for the radio advertising campaign of presidential candidate Oleksandr Moroz twice, and was a member of the Socialist Party of Ukraine for several years (until Moroz joined the 'Anti-Crisis Coalition' with the Party of Regions).

In 2012, he withdrew from the leadership bodies of the 'Fatherland' party to protest against the merger with the 'Front Zmin' party.

Since 2014, he has been working as a political scientist and political consultant.
