Jaroslaw Petrovich Juschtschenko - former deputy governor of the Kharkiv region.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kharkiv. Father - former Ukrainian people's deputy Petro Juschtschenko, brother of the third president of Ukraine, Viktor Juschtschenko.

In 2002, he graduated from the National University of Kharkiv named after V. Karazin as a specialist in finance and credit. In 2007, he graduated from the National Law Academy of Yaroslav Mudry as a lawyer.

Career. 2000-2001 - Chief economist of Sloboda LLC (Kharkiv), whose director general and president was his father - Petro Juschtschenko.

2001-2005 - Chief economist of Sula LLC (Kyiv), which, various sources claim, was in some way connected to Petro Juschtschenko.

2003-2005 - Part-time director of DSP Hryniwka (Sumy region).

Since March 2005 - Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration under Arsen Avakov.

In the team of the governor of the Kharkiv region, he was responsible for a whole block of economic issues. In particular, regarding the corporatization and privatization of state property, the development of measures to reform the economy and social sphere of the region, economic security, and the de-bureaucratization of the region's economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and so on. In addition, he oversaw several areas of social policy.

2006-2010 - Deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, member of the committee on issues of common property of the territorial communities of the region.

In the autumn of 2012, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the VII Congress of Our Ukraine (No. 12 on the list), but the party failed to cross the 5% threshold.

Jaroslaw Juschtschenko is the chairman of the commission of Agrofirma Choruschiwka LLC.

Political Orientation. Juschtschenko is a member of the Our Ukraine party (NU), a member of the party's presidium.

In 2002, Juschtschenko was the deputy head of the staff of Viktor Juschtschenko's Our Ukraine election block in the Kharkiv region. In the 2004 presidential elections, he was the deputy head of the regional staff of the People's Power coalition in Kharkiv.

In the 2006 parliamentary elections, the president's nephew was entrusted with leading the regional staff of the Our Ukraine block in Kharkiv. In the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada in 2007, he was the deputy head of the regional staff of Kharkiv of the pro-presidential Our Ukraine - People's Defense block.
