Biography

Date of Birth: 28.08.1976

Place of Birth. Education. She was born in Samara (Russia). In childhood, she moved with her mother to Ukraine - to the town of Kalynivka in the Vasylkiv district of the Kyiv region. There she spent her childhood and youth.

In 2001, she graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (faculty of philosophy), and in 2002, she graduated from the Kyiv State University of Theater Arts named after Karpenko-Karyi (faculty of film studies). In 2010, she graduated from the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Career. Since 1995, Vannikova worked as a host of the first independent television news Windows in the non-governmental organization Internews-Ukraine, the news program Windows on the STB channel, and the news program TSN on the 1+1 channel.

She was also at times a correspondent for the television projects Windows-Parliament and 32 October, the author and host of a television talk show produced in collaboration with the project 'Person of the Year'. She worked as a press attaché at Taras Chubai's concert 'Light and Confession' and the Moscow theater 'Contemporary' during its tours in Ukraine.

On September 29, 2006, she was appointed as the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. She replaced Irina Gerashchenko in this position, who became Yushchenko's press secretary long before he was elected head of state. She left the position along with Yushchenko's departure in February 2010.

Member of the Presidium of the Political Council of the 'Our Ukraine' party.

In autumn 2012, she was nominated from 'Our Ukraine' to the Verkhovna Rada of the VII convocation (#4 on the list), but the party did not overcome the 5% electoral threshold.

In January 2017, she returned to work as a TV presenter. Since January 16, 2017, she worked on the NewsOne channel.

Since 2018, she has been the head of social programs of the agricultural holding MHP.

Since May 24, 2021, she has been the host of the daytime infotainment show 'Your Day' on the 1+1 channel.

Awards. Laureate of the 'Teletriumpf-2006' award in the nomination 'Host of an informational program'.

Personal Life. Divorced, has two daughters.
