Biography of Michail Saporoshetz
Date of Birth: 31.03.1968
Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Sloboda in the Kagarlyk district of Kyiv Oblast. In 1990, he graduated from the Rzhyshchiv Construction Technical School. In 1995, he graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine. Master in Public Administration, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy.
Career. In his youth, he worked as a mechanic-assistant to a combine harvester driver. He served in the military due to conscription. After graduating from the law academy, he worked as an investigator intern and then as a senior investigator at the prosecutor's office of the Stanyslavivskyi-Luhansk district in Luhansk Oblast.
1997-2000 - Judge of the City Court of Rovenky in Luhansk Oblast.
2000-2002 - Judge of the Kamenobrodsk District Court in Luhansk.
2002-2010 - Judge of the Appellate Court of Luhansk Oblast.
In September 2010, he was appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the X Congress of Judges of Ukraine. He took the oath of office on September 21, 2010.
Author of numerous scientific papers on issues of administrative-legal support for the activities of courts in Ukraine and court proceedings.
On September 18, 2019, Michail Saporoshetz was dismissed from his position as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine due to his submitted resignation letter.
