Mikhail Yuryevich Surabov - lawyer to the President of the Russian Federation (1998-1999 and 2007-2009). Minister of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (2004-2007). Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ukraine (2009-2016). Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Trade and Economic Relations with Ukraine (2010-2016).
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Leningrad. In 1975, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze with a degree in Economist-Cybernetics.
Career. Since 1975 - Engineer, Assistant at the Department of Economic Cybernetics at the Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze.
From 1978 to 1981 - Graduate student at the All-Union Research Institute for System Studies.
In 1982 - Lecturer at the Moscow Assembly Technical School.
Since 1982 - Engineer at the Orgtechstroy-11 Institute (Moscow).
Since 1983 - Senior Researcher, Head of the Sectoral Laboratory of the Research and Design Institute for Assembly Technology.
