Taras and Olena Topolya are divorcing after 12 years of marriage: joint statement.

According to ТСН: Leader of the band 'Antytila' Taras Topolya and singer Olena Topolya announced their divorce after 12 years of marriage.

In a joint post, the former couple shared this news. The artists note that their decision was the result of a conscious choice. They expressed respect and gratitude to each other, emphasizing that new life stages await them, no longer as a married couple.

'We are getting divorced. This is a thoughtful decision by both of us. With great mutual gratitude for everything we have gone through and created together! This is valuable, it will never disappear, because it was created in love. With responsibility and love for our children, we put an end to our relationship and begin new, separate, chapters of life. Already not as husband and wife, but as partners in raising our children.'

The couple has three common children and assures that they will continue to raise them together. The ex-partners have also resolved all property issues and agreed on financial support for the children. Taras and Olena noted that their decisions primarily considered the interests of the children.

'All accompanying property issues and questions regarding the further financial support of the children, which couples face during divorce, have been resolved in advance, acting dignifiedly and fairly towards each other and the children.'

The former couple also emphasized that they will avoid comments on the divorce and confirmed that they hold no ill will towards each other.

It should be noted that Taras and Olena Topolyi got married in 2013 and together raise three children: 12-year-old Roman, 10-year-old Mark, and 5-year-old Maria.
