The weather forecast for March 13 in Ukraine indicates a notable temperature rise in several regions, particularly in the west. This could be good news for farmers, as favorable conditions may support the start of spring fieldwork. However, with temperatures set to drop toward mid-March, preparations for possible cold snaps may be advisable.
