Russian propagandists: the strike on Odesa hit not civilians, but military personnel

Russian propagandists are trying to explain the recent attack on Odesa, which likely resulted in the deaths of eight people. Of course, the occupiers claim they targeted not civilian residents, but Ukrainian military.

A powerful strike was delivered to the hotel-dormitory where Ukrainian military personnel lived, ambulances arrived at the scene," said the propagandists of 'RIA Novosti', referring to the so-called 'underground'.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, the strike by Russian occupiers with ballistic missiles hit a residential area of Odesa. It was reported that a multi-apartment building, a university, and an administrative building were damaged. At the Time of writing, eight people had already died.

Zelensky emphasized that these are not random attacks, but showy ones. He noted that Russia is demonstrating its intentions: it is only interested in war. Zelensky urged the world to carefully listen to this signal, from the halls where members of the 'G20' meet to all world capitals.

It is worth noting that after the morning attack by the Russian Federation on Odesa on November 17, a blackout occurred in the city. In some areas, there is also no water. According to Zelensky, Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones, but more than 140 aerial targets were destroyed by air defense. Energy Minister German Galushchenko reported that Russian terrorists are attacking energy system facilities across Ukraine. As a result, emergency power outages were introduced.

Earlier, there was information that on November 18, trams and trolleybuses in Odesa would not operate. They would be partially replaced by buses that arrived in the city as humanitarian aid.

As of 12:00 on November 18, as a result of the Russian attack, 321 thousand consumers in Odesa and the region were left without electricity.
