Kelsey and the star of the band The Wanted were together for 13 years until he passed away in 2022 from brain cancer.

He was 33 years old at the time of his death.

However, Kelsey's recent tragedy is the stillborn son she lost in June of this year. Initially, they planned to name him Phoenix.

Kelsey admits that it's hard to explain to her children what happened to Phoenix, their daughter Aurelia Rose Parker (6 years old) and son Bodhi Tom Parker (5 years old).

On the podcast 'Mum’s The Word', which she hosts with the wife of McFly star, Danny Jones, Kelsey shared her experiences, particularly the difficulties in communicating with Aurelia, who was very excited about the pregnancy.

“The time has been really tough. Because Aurelia is six, I wasn't giving her the right answers to what she wanted.”

Kelsey continues to share her thoughts on how her daughter is persistent in wanting to discuss this topic.

“She [Aurelia] was relentless. I would tell everyone that therapy isn't needed when you have Aurelia, because she is the therapist.”

Kelsey believes that talking about such difficult topics will help the family cope with grief.

“But now I have to tell Aurelia to stop, because she keeps talking about death.”

Kelsey and her new partner Will Lindsay publicly confirmed their relationship in September 2024 after romantic photos, and just a month later, the woman learned that she was expecting a child.
