The shoot took place on Wednesday near the Broadwater Farm estate in Tottenham, North London. This site became notorious in 1985 due to widespread riots, resulting in the death of police officer Keith Blakelock.

Travis, who recently performed at the Reading and Leeds festivals, was shooting a new video with South African singer Tyla. She was on set when the man stormed onto the site and began causing chaos.

A witness reported that after receiving a warning, the man allegedly pulled out a knife.

“Travis and Tyla were shooting video on a quiet street, but with all the crew members and security, it attracted a lot of attention. Tyla was filming some scenes 40 yards away when this man kept coming onto the set,”

the witness noted.

“A crew member approached him and asked him to leave the set, and then he started threatening and pulled out what appeared to be a knife.”

The police confirmed that they are investigating the incident.

“The man stopped officers on Willan Road, N17, on Wednesday, August 27, and reported that someone had threatened to stab him.”

During the interaction, the 29-year-old man resisted search, and the police applied handcuffs to him. During the arrest, class B drugs and cash were seized, but no knife was found. The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs and public order offenses.

Fortunately, neither Travis nor Tyla was harmed, and filming resumed after the man’s arrest.

A source reported:

“It scared everyone, but credit goes to the crew and security for staying calm.”

“As soon as this man made a threat, the site was locked down until the incident was resolved.”

Travis Scott, whose hits have gained popularity in the UK, is currently on the Utopia – Circus Maximus tour.
