Three main points in cryptocurrency activity licensing.
Cryptolicense: what it means and how to obtain it
Cryptolicense is an official permit issued by special regulatory authorities for cryptocurrency services. Thanks to this permit, companies will be able to legally provide services for exchanging cryptocurrency for fiat money or other currencies.
There are several types of cryptolicense:
- Specialized licenses that will be issued by government regulatory authorities for conducting cryptocurrency operations.
- Traditional licenses regulating financial transactions, including cryptocurrency operations.
- Licenses for cryptocurrency exchanges.
Countries that have already implemented cryptocurrency business licensing include Japan, USA, UK, Poland, Lithuania, and Hong Kong.
You can obtain a cryptolicense independently, but it is better to contact professionals who know all the nuances and can ensure quick and high-quality license acquisition.
Ukraine is also working on legislative acts concerning the integration of the cryptocurrency economy into the traditional Ukrainian economy. These legislative projects concern the use of digital assets and content circulating exclusively in digital form.
