President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen announced the creation of the European flagship fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine, which aims to attract investments in key sectors. She made this announcement during the conference on Ukraine's recovery in Italy.

'We are literally betting on Ukraine's future by using public funds to attract massive investments,' said Ursula von der Leyen. It is known that the creation of the fund took place in collaboration with Italy, Germany, France, Poland, and with the participation of the European Investment Bank.
