The process of returning evacuated cars to the impound lot in Kyiv has been simplified. This was reported on the KMDA website.
The update of the 'Kyiv Digital' application allows users to upload documents more flexibly. If some documents are missing in 'Diya', they can be uploaded through the application, while others can be photographed and added. This simplifies the procedure for recovering cars for Kyiv residents who have lost or do not have a complete set of documents.
The update of the 'Kyiv Digital' application also includes two important improvements:
- Feedback on photos: If a photo was rejected by the inspector, the user will receive a push notification with an explanation of how exactly to correct the image. This will help avoid misunderstandings and speed up the processing of applications.
- Predicting the verification time: Now users can find out the exact time of application approval. Usually, the verification takes no more than 15 minutes, which makes the process even more transparent and predictable.
Let us remind you that a raid on carriers was conducted in Kyiv.
