Farewell to Stepan Higa in Lviv: details of the ceremony and final days of the artist.

According to ТСН: The farewell to the people's artist of Ukraine Stepan Higa is taking place in Lviv, who died at the age of 66.

Farewell and Commemoration

The farewell began at 16:00. The hearse arrived at the Garrison Church of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul, where the coffin was placed. The singer's coffin was surrounded by live flowers - mostly red roses and various chrysanthemums. In the center was a portrait of Stepan Higa, depicting him smiling, as he will remain in the good memory of his fans.

His relatives, friends, fans, and hundreds of townspeople came to say goodbye to the artist. All gathered either in the church or near its building to honor the memory of the artist, whose creativity captivated and glorified Ukraine.

Final Rites

The prayer service will conclude at 19:00, and the farewell will continue until 23:00. The funeral will take place on December 15 at 14:00 in the Garrison Church of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul. A citywide farewell to Stepan Higa will also take place on Monday at Rynok Square in Lviv. After this, the people's artist will be buried at Lychakiv Cemetery.
