Putin's administration reacted to the WP article on secret negotiations with Ukraine.
Russia reacted to the WP publication on secret negotiations about a partial ceasefire.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova expressed her reaction to this publication.
The Washington Post published a material reporting that Russia postponed negotiations about a partial ceasefire. The article mentions the possibility of indirect talks in Qatar that could stop the strikes on energy infrastructure. The reason for the postponement, according to the authors of the article, was a Ukrainian Armed Forces operation in the Kursk region.
Maria Zakharova has already commented on this situation, stating that no one disrupted the negotiations and there was no one to disrupt them with.
No direct or indirect negotiations between Russia and the Kyiv regime regarding the safety of civil critical infrastructure facilities were held or are being held
Zakharova expressed her concerns regarding the threat to the Zaporizhzhia and Kursk nuclear power plants and traditionally blamed everyone: the Armed Forces, the USA, and western countries.
She also drew parallels between the start of the Ukrainian Armed Forces operation and the anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing in her statement.
Zakharova claims that Russia never hits civilian infrastructure. On the contrary, she tries to portray the Russian army as protectors from man-made disasters.
It should be reminded that Bloomberg explained the risks that Putin faces due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces' invasion.
