An Explosion Occurred in Rivne at the Territorial Center for Recruitment: What is Known.
An explosion occurred at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCSP) in Rivne on Saturday, February 1, as reported by the publication 'Rivne. Rayons'.
During the explosion, there were casualties, and the windows in the TCSP building were shattered. Emergency services and three ambulances were called to the scene. The Rivne police are investigating the incident. The National Police reported that they are working at the explosion site.
'The incident occurred today at 16:15 in the premises of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support where an explosion rang out,' the police reported.
As a result of the explosion, one person was killed, and six others were injured. A investigative-operational group, the Security Service of Ukraine, and other emergency services are working at the scene. More detailed information will be provided later.
