YASNO has introduced new opportunities for clients

The company YASNO announced the introduction of new capabilities for its clients, the company's press service reports.

In order to improve the personal account of clients, YASNO is conducting tests of innovations in Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The online service update includes the following changes:

• ease of adding new personal accounts without limitations;
• the ability to pay for multiple accounts;
• checking bonus balance, purchasing promo codes, and viewing partner offers.

In addition, consumers will have access to basic functions, including meter readings, free payments, and viewing charges and payments. There will also be an opportunity to start a chat with an operator to resolve urgent issues.

To log into the updated personal account, two steps must be followed. First, create and set a password. Second, link personal accounts. This can be done in two ways:

• use data from the old personal account - enter the previous login and password;
• specify the personal account number along with the first three letters of the owner's surname.
