There was a technical failure in the 'Reserve+' program.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that due to the high load on BankID, it is temporarily impossible to log in to the 'Reserve+' service using BankID.
If you need to log in, it is recommended to save the military document in PDF format on your smartphone or take a screenshot of the electronic referral to the Military Medical Commission (VLC), if available. If you need to request a deferral or send a referral to the VLC, it is recommended to wait until authorization is restored.
It is stated that people with disabilities who have a valid pension certificate, as well as students, graduate students, and doctoral students no longer need to submit a request for an extension of deferral in 'Reserve+'. The document in the program will be updated automatically. The ministry apologizes for the inconvenience and promises to inform about the resolution of the issue together with the BankID team.
We remind you that having a deferral or reservation from mobilization does not exempt Ukrainians from the obligation to appear at the territorial recruitment center and update their data according to the summon.
It is worth noting that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed laws extending the duration of martial law and mobilization until May 9, 2025.
