Banning of YOUNG BOYS fans
YOUNG BOYS fans are prohibited from attending the next Europa League match due to incidents during the meeting in November against Aston Villa. UEFA's appeals body also fined the Swiss club €50,000 (£43,700) forthrowing objects, acts of vandalism, and public disorder.
According to The Sun: This sanction resulted from the escalation of violence that occurred during the last match, as UEFA continues to take measures to ensure safety at tournaments. The ban on fans will demonstrate how seriously the organization treats such cases and aims to maintain a sporting atmosphere during matches.
