Ukraine sensationally wins the World Cup in biathlon.
The Ukrainian biathlon team amazed everyone with its performance at the World Cup in the Czech Republic, winning a bronze medal. This is a real achievement considering that over the past three seasons Ukraine has not stood on the podium.
The men's relay was conducted by Artem Tishchenko, Vitaliy Mandzin, Anton Dudchenko, and Dmytro Pidruchnyi. At the beginning of the race, the team was in 9th place, but later managed to climb to third. It was very important to perform all 10 shots by Anton Dudchenko and the excellent work of Dmytro Pidruchnyi in the last stage.
This is the first medal for Ukraine at the World Cups in the last three seasons. Overall, our team used 7 additional cartridges and completed the distance in 2 minutes 45.4 seconds.

In addition, our team also participated in the junior world championship in biathlon in Sweden and won a bronze medal.
Considering all the results, Ukraine ranked 11th in the overall medal standings along with the teams of Slovenia and Switzerland. The winner was France, which received 15 medals, including 5 gold ones.
