The Deputy Head of the TCC and SP in Kyiv, Larysa Kozak, stated that TCC employees do not have the right to confiscate mobile phones from citizens.
However, she noted that there may be restrictions on mobile communication in the TCC premises due to work with documents and personal data, but citizens must be provided the opportunity to make a phone call.
Larysa Kozak: 'Administrative detention for violating mobilization rules can last up to three hours, and in case of disobedience to TCC or police employees - up to three days.'
Let us remind you that fines for not clarifying military registration data in the TCC will be changed in Ukraine.
