Weather in Ukraine on December 4: Where to Expect Rain and Fog.

According to ТСН: Today, cloudy weather is expected across Ukraine. Light rain will occur in some regions.

According to the Ukrhydrometcentre, the wind will blow from the southeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

Weather in Different Regions

In the northern, most central, and southern regions, light precipitation is possible in places, while dry weather will prevail in the rest of the territory. Fog is possible in the Carpathians in the morning.

The temperature in the east of the country and in the Carpathians will fluctuate from +3 to +8°C during the day, will rise to +11°C in Transcarpathia, and will range from +7 to +12°C in the south.

Forecast for Kyiv

On Thursday, Kyiv will also be cloudy with a possibility of light rain. The wind will remain southeast at 5-10 m/s. The temperature during the day in Kyiv region will be +3…8°C, in the capital – within +4…6°C.

Previously, forecasters provided a weather forecast for the first week of winter.

Thus, predominantly gloomy and unstable air will prevail in Ukraine, which will be particularly felt by residents of the central and southern regions. The expectation of light rain leaves room for changes, and temperature fluctuations add uncertainty to planning activities for today.
