Destruction of the explosives depot in Russia
Today, August 30, Ukrainian scouts from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine destroyed an underground explosives depot in the Tula region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by sources in Ukrainian intelligence.
The explosives, including pyroxylin powder, were stored at the 'Alekseyevsky Chemical Plant' in the city of Alekseyvka. This material is used for the production of ammunition for small arms, artillery, and certain rocket engines.
According to local sources, residents of the region heard loud explosions, and later fire trucks and ambulance crews arrived at the scene.
On the night of August 28, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked the Afipol and Kuybyshev oil refineries.
This attack confirms the continuation of active actions by the Ukrainian military against targets on the territory of Russia.
The destruction of the explosives depot is an important part of the strategy of Ukrainian forces in the context of military operations, as it not only reduces the enemy's supplies but also undermines his capabilities in conducting combat operations. The process of active attacks on strategic facilities in Russia continues to demonstrate the growing strength and adaptation of the Ukrainian military to the new conditions of the conflict.
