The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, revealed President Volodymyr Zelensky's victory plan, which he announced in Europe last week. This information is conveyed by the publication "Khvylya," citing an interview with The Washington Post.According to Umerov, the main element of the victory plan is Ukraine's request for the fastest possible invitation to join NATO after the end of the war. The Biden administration is considering this option but fears that it may provide Russia with an incentive for further hostilities rather than ending them.Umerov also explained that the second point of the plan is defense, which he characterized as "holding the defense and creating favorable conditions for the expulsion of the enemy."The third part of the plan is "deterrence," which includes deep strikes on military targets in Russia to prevent attacks on peaceful populations and critical infrastructure in Ukraine.Earlier, Umerov emphasized the possibility of starting arms exports from Ukraine.
