Occasional Contact Despite Separate Ways

According to TSN.ua: The Ukrainian entertainer Jurij Horbunow has spoken about his first wife. Ludmila, with whom he was married for 20 years, recently returned to Ukraine from the USA. Horbunow stated that they continue to maintain sporadic contact.

"Not very often, we talk now and then. So, how we communicate – it's over the phone, sometimes like this. She was in America for a long time, now she has returned to Ukraine. She is living her life," said Horbunow.

New Family, Old Chapter

Since February 2017, Horbunow has been married for a second time to Kateryna Osadcha. The couple has two sons, Ivan and Danylo. The host emphasized that he and his ex-wife have long gone their own ways.

"There is her life, and I have my own in the meantime. That was already ten years ago."

The fact that Horbunow and his first wife still talk to each other shows that despite new life chapters, a certain connection remains. Such contacts are not unusual in Ukrainian society, where family networks often play a significant role. Ludmila's return to her homeland could even intensify communication due to the proximity, even though both are leading their own lives.
