On Monday, August 18, forecasters predict cloudy weather with clearings and precipitation in some regions of Ukraine. This information was provided by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

In most central regions and at night in the Zakarpattia, Kyiv, and Sumy regions, as well as during the day in the Kharkiv, Odesa, and Mykolayiv regions, short-term precipitation and thunderstorms are expected. No precipitation is forecasted in other areas. The wind will be north-west at a speed of 7–12 m/s.

The air temperature at night will be +11...+16 °C, and during the day it will rise to +19...+24 °C. In the southern and southeastern regions, the temperature at night will be +14...+19 °C, and during the day up to +27...+32 °C.

According to forecaster Natalka Didenko, the hottest weather, up to +30...+35 °C, will be in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson regions, in southern Odesa, in Crimea, and in Zaporizhzhia on August 18. In other areas, the temperature will remain within comfortable limits: +24...+30 °C. Short-term rains are expected at night and in the morning in Zakarpattia, Prykarpattia, in central regions, and in Kharkiv.

In Kyiv and Kyiv region, cloudy weather with clearings is expected. At night in the capital, a short-term rain is possible, while no precipitation is expected during the day. The air temperature at night will be +14...+16 °C, and during the day it will rise to +21...+23 °C.
